Fálki and I perform theatrical improvisation as a duo, Ramen On Sunday. Every year we go to the Vintage Improv Festival.
This year, 2023, we were selected to be part of Jonathan Pitts's production of his original show The Oracle. One requirement of the audience for the show is that each attendee must write a question for The Oracle to answer.
In rehearsals we had a small metal cauldron to hold the questions, and that is what spawned this haiku. However, that cauldron was actually a Halloween decoration, with a jack-o-lantern face on one side, so for the show we had a different container. Not a cauldron.
The show went pretty well. The audience loved it. You can watch it below.
