the world is unclear everything’s unfocused through a mist-covered window

I’m sitting in Fálki’s and my Aliner travel trailer in a field in Strong, Maine. I look out the window, and noticee how unclear the trees look. There is a pre-rain mist covering the window.
After I write my observation of the current environment in haiku form, I think, Hmmm, that misty window as a valid metaphor for an unexamined life.
With that, I invite you to watch the movie Examined Life, which I found to be profoundly interesting when I watched it many years ago. I should also remind myself to watch it again soon.
